amazon.绩效团队是不是已经超载了

亚马逊绩效团队不接收邮件了

我这边查到之前有收到他们的邮件,要我们提供资料的,然后有个Case ID,我用那个caseID作为主题给他们发邮件了,有收到回答。但是就是让我直接在申说那边提交就可以了。

15号收到产品违背!竞价原则的邮件。
实在是系统的误判,写了老长的邮件已往了 一点反响都没有
然后就是在后台开CASE让客服转发,客服也查到了这个是误判,但是由于团队不一样,他那里无法操作。

天天都等天天都发一遍邮件,这个周末等的头发都白了。
我在想绩效团队周末上不上班,不上班我就不熬夜等邮件了。
太难过了
